Natal's Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical

Our experience with Natal’s was amazing! We had new air ducts, an air filter and registers installed. It was a two day job, however we were informed when techs were in route which made it convenient for our schedule. The technicians were warm and professional and I was especially impressed that they laid down a dust cloth as they walked in and out of my home. They also cleaned up any dust and debri at the end of each day by sweeping with a broom. My experience from start to finish was amazing. 10/10. I’ll definitely be using their services again.

I’ve hired several plumbing and HVAC companies over the years, but Natal’s is by far the best. Most of all their communication is top notch. They have a tech-enabled service platform that actually does make a huge difference in my interactions with them. For example I’ll receive both calls and text messages letting me know when to expect them. When I receive invoices in my email, it includes photos of the work that was done. They also seem to take good notes and remember the house so that I don’t have to re-explain anything on future visits. Also, having both HVAC and plumbing in one provider is helpful because they can provide more well rounded service to my home. Lastly, I’ve been impressed at their ability to turn up for a visit either same day or next day. I really can’t recommend them enough. Call Natal’s.

Mikey, was professional & friendly. I was a little late for my appointment. He called instead of just leaving my house. I was not far and he waited for me to arrive. He glanced under my sink at my leaking garbage disposal and told me right off 3 things he noticed that was causing the problem. He completed the repair quickly. I was very happy with his service!

I am so satisfied with the service from Natal's. Today my A/C system was installed. The technicians arrived as scheduled. They were knowledgeable and very patient.. it was definitely a full day but only one day. I was impressed.. Thank you!! One more thing getting checked off my to do list..

Natal’s was able to get me an appointment right away (even though it was the day after Thanksgiving). The lady I spoke with was very friendly, reassuring and informative. I was given a 4 hour window so I would not have to remain at my mom’s the entire day. I received a text message informing me that Aaron would be my technician and it included his picture so I would be comfortable answering the door. Aaron called me to let me know he was going to be a bit early (which was great!). He was professional (and super nice!) and walked me through the entire process. Aaron took time to answer all my questions thoroughly and patiently. I was so pleased with Aaron that I called Natal’s once he left to let them know how much I appreciated Aaron’s excellent customer service! I also appreciate Natal’s speedy scheduling, pleasant office staff and extra steps in communication to ensure you are updated!

Fernando with Natal’s was outstanding. He Communicated ahead of time, arrived promptly, fixed the problem in short order and explained everything thoroughly. Once I requested an Appointment online they were able to come out within a day. From dispatch to my actual service appointment, everything was a breeze and was one of the most professional service calls I have ever had in New Orleans. I’ve already recommended them to my neighbor and will be using them for any future Plumbing, HVAC, or electrical needs.

Natal’s service was exceptional! Travis was right on time and he let me know that he was on his way. He explained what the service would entail and exactly how much it would cost ahead of time. I appreciated that Natal’s suggests what is needed according to code and he installed the smoke detectors quickly! I will happily use Natal’s again!
